New T.V. Show

Each Sunday brings a new show on the First Choice Life Show. The show airs every Sunday morning at 10 AM on CW22. That is t.v. station WLFL in Raleigh. We are spending time talking about health, life and how to enjoy both more! Please join us and then tell your friends to join us.

Sept 27th Show: Pastor Jim Kelly from Raleigh Christian community and Norma Smith from Habitat for Humanity both discuss ways to give back to the community. Dr. Weir cooks up some wheat free spaghetti in the kitchen and then the Weir family visits some fun places in Raleigh during the "Time for You" segment. This is a fun show! ENJOY!
